Refunds and Credits
Plans can change. We know that. That’s why we offer one of the most flexible refund and credit policies in the summer camp or sports class market.
Refunds and credits are provided as follows:
- 30+ Days Prior to Your Program Start Date: With written notice (i.e. email) at least 30 days prior to the start of your scheduled program, you will receive a full refund less a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee that covers costs we incur at the time you register and/or in planning for your participation. Refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.
- Less than 30 Days Prior to Your Program Start Date: If you cannot participate for any reason, you will receive a credit, equal to the full amount paid less less a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee that covers costs we incur at the time you register and/or in planning for your participation. Aspire Lacrosse Credits
Aspire Lacrosse credits are valid for 12 months for the date of issuance, and can be used towards any future Aspire Lacrosse training event or camp. All Aspire Lacrosse Credits are non-transferable (except may be used for other family members). Credits will be placed in your online account, and when you next register for an Aspire Lacrosse event, you will have the option to use your credit balance to pay for your new event.
Weather Cancellation Policy
If inclement weather threatens play of a scheduled session, Aspire Lacrosse will communicate the status of scheduled sessions via email to the address provided when you registered no less than 1 hour prior to the start of the session. We will make every effort to run the session if it is safe for the kids. Unfortunately the weather is completely out of our control and we pre-pay for the costs of running programs in advance, so unless otherwise stated, there will be no make-up sessions or refunds for sessions or entire programs cancelled due to inclement weather.
